week 6 Steps in Job Instruction Training

The consolidate did not follow the steps because he hired a divorced women who worked for her first time and could not control a copying machine “Try Out the Performance” Managing Hospitality and Resources fifth edition page 203 Training and Development. In order to have someone fulfill a job you need to follow step 3 of the Steps in Job Instruction Training.  Step 4 is very important as well to follow up and see how the newly hired employee performs his/her job and demonstrates full knowledge of the job at hand. Once an employee is fully knowledgeable let them work on his or her own and do the job because after all mentoring is done that is what is expected. Companies offer training programs before they are hired so there is no mentoring just seminars and lectures, it is proven to be more productive and less stressful on the company and its employees. Of course all employees strive for their paycheck but they will not receive what they deserve if they are not properly trained and execute what they have been taught as their duty to perform their job the company directs them to. One can work at the same job for years or possibly do what the company likes and gets recognized and gets promoted to something new it may be better it may be different but there is  a higher pay and substantial change for the good of the company, that is why there are jobs to make businesses and corporations exceed to their exponential growth.
